The Trails Preservation Alliance suggests that you become involved with a local club or organization that maintains the trails and areas where you ride.
If you live in Colorado, consider joining one of many off-road motorcycle clubs. Major clubs are listed on TPA’s links page.
You can also visit the COHVCO website for a list of clubs in your particular area. Take action, join a club, assist with trail maintenance, and work together with local FS and BLM officials.
Strong local participation with the Forest Service (FS) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will give those who make decisions regarding public land use a more valid understanding of recreation issues within Colorado. Direct communication with FS and BLM officials in your area provides an accurate basis for future actions that will preserve the sport of trail riding.
For those of you who are not Colorado residents but enjoy riding in our state, your personal involvement with the TPA provides the best opportunity to assist with the preservation of motorized vehicle recreation.
The TPA would appreciate your tax-deductible donation so that its efforts will continue. Donations are accepted by mail (make checks payable to the Trails Preservation Alliance) or credit card via Paypal. So visit the Donate! Page, click on the DONATE NOW button for all the information you will need.
